Cast in sterling silver from a silver clay handmade master finished and polished by hand with 22ct gold plated on the reverse of shell.
The original mussel shell was picked up from a beach in Margate.

In an effort to respect and protect the environment I use silver clay a material which contains filaments of fine silver recycled from high tech industries mixed with a non toxic binder, my jewellery boxes and bags are made from recycled cardboard.
